My focus is upon the unique and hugely appealing South Florida lifestyle and in particular Fort Lauderdale, the Venice of America. That’s why I love what I do with Florida Luxurious Investments.

Subtropical climate, amazing beaches and waterways, potential tax savings, security of investment and accessibility are all important and attractive components to South Florida’s real estate market. Driven by my love for the markets, I am not seeking to misrepresent or sell by only providing conventional cap rates or conventional investment criteria. As an experienced real estate agent, I have developed my expertise in identifying the best opportunities for my customers and have extensive experience with commercial real estate and the luxury residential market. To this I owe my passion for analyzing investment potential in the real estate market.

Background in Real Estate:

With an education in Economics and being a real estate agent who’s married to an equity trader, I am constantly in the mind of an investor; analyzing all environments that may affect a transaction. My commitment has always been to provide the highest quality service; putting my clients’ needs first at all times. It’s to that I owe my experience in the commercial market. Wanting to focus solely on residential homes, my first client was interested in a commercial property investment. I thought, why not! He specifically wanted a 10% CAP investment with a $3,500,000 budget and the building could be anywhere in Florida. After extensive research, I found such investment in Tampa, Florida. This opportunity was a multi-tenanted office building where all tenants were national corporations with great length on their leases located off 3 major highways in Tampa, Florida. If you’ve been looking for this type of investment lately, you know this is almost impossible to find these days. And, of course, there was some work involved with securing one of the tenants and helping them occupy the remainder of the space available. In the end, my client has an incredible investment that, in his words, “prints money” every month. From that moment on, I knew commercial real estate was right up my alley and got the reputation in my office for being great at finding top-tier investment opportunities. For the next few years I became known locally for leasing and selling retail and office space in downtown Fort Lauderdale, while helping friends and family with their residential needs.

For Fun:

When I’m not working, I enjoy an active and fun South Florida lifestyle with my husband, Sean, and our dog, Knight, as waterfront residents in Lauderdale by the Sea; a great investment that we snagged in 2012. I practice yoga three to four times a week and love practicing yoga on my paddleboard at our local beach. In 2010, I co-founded a quarterly happy hour event, Happy Hour supporting Broward Children’s Center (BCC), for children with special needs. We raised over $50,000 for a recreational facility featuring more modern technology to assist in the growth of these children. I’m now the Secretary of the Foundation Board at BCC, a founder in Envision Broward with the United Way, outreach committee member at Mission United supporting our local veterans, Platinum Club Member, Steering Committee Member, and Corporate Partnership Member of 211 Broward , which is a free support line that provides services and crisis intervention assistance.

Because of my efforts with these local charities, I was named one of the 100 Outstanding Women in Broward County by the Boys and Girls Club and Sun Sentinel’s “budding philanthropist” in 2012.
